Hello all,

After I eat fruits (or drink them after juicing), I get sensations of pressure in my head and neck area. I feel it a little in my eyes also every now and then. While I'm feeling that pressure, it slows me down a little and I feel like I have to be careful with myself until it passes.

I'm not mixing the fruit with any other type of food - I usually eat fruits alone, and only several of one type of fruit at a time.

It has been happening for awhile, but I only took direct notice today after it started annoying me.

Could it be the sugar? Something affecting blood pressure perhaps?

Anyone have any ideas or similar experiences?
