Thank you for your reply, it is very kind of you !
But I have one more question:

Does a candida die-off reaction occur within 3-4 hours after ingesting Iodine ?

That will be a good explanation for the immediately occurrence of my symptoms.


But this theory does not explain why I hadn't this symptoms when I started taking iodine.
