I have done reading on ip6 before, but my retention of information is pretty sh*t :) (but a bit better than it was a few years ago)

i will go back and look again though for ip6 posts in this forum now that you've mentioned it.

i spend half my life reading stuff on curezone and on health in general, and sometimes i wonder how much is wasted as i seem to remember very little. i'll start reading an article then half way think, 'this looks a bit familiar' i guess some of it sinking in on some level though. am 4 or 5 years into my healing journey and i do know a lot more than i once did at least.

and yeh, ive certainly been excited to receive some new supplement through the post and dive straight in with a high dose and regret it later ha.

i work part time due to cfs and i rarely touch Lugols on my working days. thanks for the heads up on taking Lugols and ip6 together, i wonder what caused your reaction?

i tend to just take Lugols in water and on it own.

Anyway, thanks a lot for the response and also your helpful posts.

p.s. oh yeh, i hope to source those b vits you posted about as well.
