This is my first post here so hopefully it will work...
Several Derms have diagnosed me with seb derm on my face.
Just wanted to share what has helped my keep this under control...I know how debilitating this issue can be,
everyone is different as we know and I am sure I have a underlying health issue that has compounded this issue, but if this can also help just one person live a little better that is all that matters.
10-How I keep it under control
I do not work for or sell any products let me make that clear, but the only thing that keeps my seb derm under control is Murad products especially Sensitive Skin Soothing Serum which I use right out of the shower on all my red spots on my face. I only wash my face with either the Soothing gel cleanser or the moisture rich cleanser.
My wife told me to try them, and thank goodness I did!
When I do not have these products my face will break out... Recently I was on a trip and had to find a store that sold these products, I did not bring mine and had a major break out, as soon as I started using them again I was able to get my face back to normal.
I have also cut out as much Sugar and flour as possible, the only beer I can drink is Pacifico, do not ask me why, but others make me break out.
Hope this helps with your face break outs! now if I could find something to help my scalp... that is next.
