Wow, you're so cool. I scribble tidbits of things I want to remember in a 3ring notebook b/c that's all I can think of right now. It would be fun to see a pic of your spreadsheet creations.

I need to understand more a/b timing of taking the suppplements- and what exactly is a "binder"? sorry, I'm having a lot of bad brain symptoms. Also, each time I've taken the adrenal/micacle mix it makes me tired. I don't know how you drink salt water all day either, it makes me gag. Too much salt and my intestines are stripped of any good bacteria. I'm trying to eat some natural fermented saurkraut for that though.

Good luck on continuing healing. I think you'll be a great mom too! :)
