My comparitive experiments, while neither particularly longstanding nor scientific, suggests that swishing with urine (and spitting) has the same outcome as the OP procedure - quite different to the Armstrong gargling bio-feedback outcome of toning up and healing minor complaints - and the 30+/- days urine-fast (drinking large quantities) outcome of healing deeply-rooted illnesses.
