Are you underweight? Your symptoms sound like a possible severe protein deficiency hence the bloating and constipation. Do you have a tight swollen belly? I knew a healthy lady who died of malnutrition after years of cleansing and fasting on fruit/vege fasts to cure a supposed cancer but her doctors didnt see the signs as she lived in an affluent country and they had not been taught about severe defiencies
