Really. That's quite a statement...why...I've said the same thing about coffee, really. eep!

I gotta find other nectars on this planet besides the highest quality java. How do you take the lecithin? In a shot glass? Mix it with anything?

Tony wrote that he adds grapeseed oil to it and it's good for the skin. I didn't really see this stuff as easily spreadable.
