I have a distiller. So only distilled water for drinking and cooking from now on? Do I need to add the elements back? Can I store distilled water in plastic?

I have the Moreless alkalizing drink ingredients and drink it daily. I doubt I can talk dad into drinking that though. It is a bit nasty.
