Hi Miss H. Thank u. I looked at the B, looks good. I've been knowing I need a GOOD b but haven't known what to get. My intestines have been a mess and I've been not doing well at all lately. I'd like to have a copy of that list you talked a/b please. I get overwhelmed easily and am trying to figure out what to take when and all that and some days it's just too much. check your in box later please.
