I used too much (sea)salt only during the first 5 days of my last MC. Then I stoped taking SWF all together and replaced it with the senna tea in the morning.
As for the rest of the time I stay away from salt or any salt containing food.

What does "slowly" exactly means? Small amounts, then how small and how often?
