Yeah to me saying "cured" means that the symptoms are gone, never to return.

I believe in eating healthy foods and doing things that bring health to my body that can keep it in a tip top balanced condition.

Things like walking, rebounding, sunlight, singing and humming as a breathing technique, thinking more positive, eating in season and testing fruits and veggies to find the best quality with a refractometer.

By keeping everything in good balance, I will not have to deal with colds/flu, be overrun by virus/bacteria, or MS symptoms....but if I start slacking in taking care of myself, I will soon start seeing all these things come back to haunt me again. So this is why I don't use the word "cured" because it really depends on "me" to do the right things to ensure I don't allow my body to become imbalanced.

A cure is a complete or permanent solution or remedy. So to be cured would mean I never will have the problems come back.

Now if I was a perfect person, with a perfect life and never sinned by being lazy about my health at times, and had the perfect knowledge of health, then perhaps "cured" may be a word I would feel more comfortable applying to myself.

Even if I possessed the perfect knowledge of the ages...if I don't accept and use the wisdom, there can be no perfection.

OK, that's my reason why I don't use the word "cured". Hope it makes sense. :)
