HELLO,
I read this information from an article from a doctor that said. A normal bowel movement should be 2 inches in diameter and 2 feet long im guessing thats is a daily movement. Imagine what and how much food U will have to eat to produce a stool like that every day!


IM taking lovastatin for chlorestol and causes constipation in me so i have to take metamucil enemas and sometime a laxative to achieve a movement.
