Hi Raynbo,

I love that you have taken so much
time to reflect and write down your
life story. I would like to hear more
about the healing aspect of it. And,
I would be someone who would be willing
to read it, as a witness to your effort.

I also believe that writing down feelings
and thoughts has benefits. I am not at
all as thorough and focused as you. I
have a computer file called "Self-Therapy"
that I toss my notes into. Very often it
feels like vomiting if it is the painful
stuff, and like exhaling if it is the
good stuff I want to remember. I am going
for some balance so I can learn to accept
that my life is full of experiences of
both kind.

Most often, it is months or years later
when I reread portions and that is when
I reap the most awareness and healing.
One thing that surprises me is being
our age and it still feeling important
to as you say, "making love" to your
life and getting to a place where you
can look back and it is not perfect but
it is okay. In between the pain there
are pearls of peace...
