Julie here from Canada...my husband and father-in-law both said "aha!" and were convinced of a positive change in their health after about 2 weeks. This was back in fall 2007, when only the originial JHumble protocol was followed (ie. goal of 15 drops twice a day), so they were probably taking around 8 drops twice a day at that point.

Please remember that everyone is different. It is best to have no preset expectations, but just to know that listening to your body and going slowly, you are going to experience positive changes to your health eventually. Best of Luck!
