B4 starting with the dietary ideas espoused here, the alkalising drink, the
detox baths, I was taking herbs, DHEA an pregnenelone trying to manage
menopausal symptoms.
While these may have helped a bit, I still had problems, some caused by the
supps.

After two years on the Moreless protocol, I am doing much better without any of
the stuff I took b4. Absolutely NO hormonal moods and hot flashes.

In all fairness, it is just barely possible that the problems resolved
"spontaneously". If so, interesting that this did not occur until several months
into this protocol, which was about 3-4 years post menopause commencement. From
what I have heard, the "spontaneous" re-balancing usually happens sooner than
that.

Perhaps others with experience will also speak up???
