Just keep in mind that the alkalising drink with the right seaweed accompanying
it in the right amount is you best bet in supplementation. It will be cheapest,
easiest to absorb, and most likely to add things in desirable ratios to each
other.

This DOES heal the adrenals.

I was seeing one of the foremost holistic docs on the West coast for adrenal
fatigue and several other serious problems before starting the Moreless
protocol. My adrenals were tested with the saliva test done 4 X in a day, and
were very bad. I spent about 6-10 years trying to solve the problem by
micro-managing individual supplements, spent a small fortune, and GOT WORSE!!!

Using the diet, refractometer, alk drink, alk baths, and other ideas here at Ask
Moreless forum, I have recovered slowly but surely. Would say about 95% by now,
but have not seen a need to re-test. Since I am steadily improving, I see no
need to spend the $$$ on another test.
