After much research, I can only ascertain that I may have a hiatus hernia. I have not done a Liver Flush in a while and had been planning for a few weeks. The last two weeks I started have increasing indigestion and belching, so figured it is time. Either I have some GB issues or it is the hiatus hernia. I seem to notice a tender hard area about 2 inches below the middle of my rib cage when lying down. I have started with oregano oil, juicing cabbage / carrot juice, apple juice and cleansing with Lower Bowel Balance (Barefoot product) in preparation for a Monday Flush. However, I wanted to confirm that a Liver Flush will not be a challenge with the potential hernia. Can someone please advise. Thanks
