Do you put something under the footpads for insulation? Is it necessary to cover the electrodes with a moist sleeve (like HC Zapper)? If most of my Lyme symptoms seem to be in my upper body/head, would it be better to use hand electrodes though - meaning: does the power diminish with distance travelled (from feet to head)??

I think my download problem has to do with the USB driver files. I didn't buy from AR but will inquire there, my seller doesn't give much feedback. Many thanks, Newport!
