Hi!
Who said anything about drinking water for 7-9 days as meals. I know I didnt. Cant you read?
I said that if you drink water then you should treat it as a meal and do the situps afterward.
In the end I have no bleeding colon and everybody who really tried my treatment until now have got rid of the blood in the stool and feel fine now.
Im sure of the cause of colitis.
