So it is ok to have ground flax seeds and or flax oil, during a juice fast? I have actually been doing the Budwig Protocol, off and on, for a while, so I've been taking 4 tbs. a day of ground seeds. I say off and on because when I got stressed I would revert back to junk food and overeating. I realize that talking about my eating problems makes some think I must be a woman also. Actually studies show a growing number of men with the same problems, they just don't talk about.
What do you all think of Budwig as a healing protocol? I was planning on switching to Schulze's program, if I can manage it, but it would be nice to keep doing the flax sometimes.
