Sure don't keep in mind grape seed is heavier than say tumeric so you need a scale.

I did experiment with grape seed and originally recommmended 3 capsules and found it was not correct you know me with my visions. So I scaled back to 2. But of course if you have a major illness this needs to be adjusted.
