That makes perfect sense to me, Rainbow. Each relationship that is created is based on some give and take.

I like a particular person, and start a friendship with that person, Why? Obviously, there is something about them that effects me in some way. Perhaps they make me laugh, or they are sexy, maybe they are thought provoking, etc.

When this balance of give and take is not in harmony, the friendship simply wanes away.

I'm not sure why this is such a sad prospect.
