This is a site about olive leaf.

If I have a cold coming on I take 21 capsules of olive leaf fresh that has been sundried and ground and put in caps.

Not for your children this much.

I take 4 caps each day. I might suggest one cap a day for them and you it should be 4.

Olive leaf tea would be great for your children with some honey added. Try a small amount. I believe that olive leaf is almost as important as black seed and honey.

Read and do some research and let me know what you think.
