Hi; Borax is a good chelator of fluoride. 1/8 TEASPOON
for women 1/4 for men; daily with lots of water.
You can have it directely in the water (about 1 litre)or make a capsule. You can take double dose for a month or two; this is a small dose.
You may add to your protocol some chlorella or clay to get the stuff out of your body quicker.
