I actually dont sweat much even when its very hot. Im not sure if that is a bad thing. Never was a sweater type.

What do you mean by Walnut herb? Is it just eating the walnut "nut" or is it a plant?

I have spray II and III. So just soak my scalp with it before the bath? I thought that the alcohol in the spray would make the dandruff worst on the scalp. Im willing to experiement, how many sprays do you think i should try and is their such a thing as too many sprays?
