Many thanks. I do get worried sometimes that Dr Fuhrman is getting a little too money orientated (he sells his own DHA supplements) but he does seem to be genuine, the validity of his findings seems to be confirmed elsewhere, so I guess he's just financially astute and makes products when he sees a need for them.

Personally though I would prefer the non supplements route, and I have to say that trout I ate a couple of weeks ago tasted great.

I'll probably get some blood tests done at some stage.
