The problem is that the SUIS weaponized form doesn't share a lot of the same characteristics as the natural forms.
This is apparent in using biofeedback for treatment and CAFL rife, none are effective.

Searching homeint shows nothing for Brucella...

Here is one that is geared towards Suis it is on the EPFX and doesn't appear very effective against the weaponized version:
