I remembered samento being discussed somewhere else and have found the paper again in a list on lymeinfo.net:

It's in the very last paragraph preceeding the Bibliography. I've been taking Cat's claw for some time without immediate noticeable benefit. Would you say Samento appears to work best in non-regular doses to prevent bacteria restistance?
