i forgot to let you know that the foods you eat such as red meat makes it worse i tested it and i could smell it so bad once i did. first do a detox or a clense for a few days to clean the colon. then take green tea i'd advice peppermint good to help bowel movements (if you don't poo everyday the foods from the other days will build up and cause the smell to worsen.) dairy i love cheese and i eat a lot of process you have to take that out of your system as much as you can. yougurts and milk can cause mucous you get in your throat and poo. i know it's disgusting but it's true. i noticed that if you've taking Antibiotics that was the cause. eat green vegtables especially dark green like spinich will help even if it's a few pices a day it's still beneficial. water water WATER!!! filtered/mineral if possible.tap water is more harsh and make bad bacteria worse. avoid wheat and carbohydrates for a while they can clog up the intestines so take small amounts if you have too. don't use vegatable oil while cooking use olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, flax seed oil, sunflower oil is popular and cheap. make sure to buy flax seed from what i've read on other posts it's a good fibre and helps the feces smell. use Sea Salt over table salt . lots of fruit especially berries like bluberries/raspberries. try it for a week at least with no red meat. chicken and fish is OK without skin but if you can still smell it avoid them. - no dairy.
your shopping list would be half the price than your usual one. NO FAST FOOD.
i'll add more info when i can i hope it helps
