I don't have much grey hair just a little in the beard, and side burns. I am going to try spray one.
SPRAY I ONLY HAS A SMALL COLLECTION OF HERBS, NOT A HIGH MINERAL FORMULA LIKE II OR III IS. THE HIGHER THE MINERAL CONTENT THE BETTER FOR THE HAIR IN MY THEORY.

I already spray my face atleast once a day, and usually feel good afterward.

I recently got sunburned also,

and used spray one on my skin. I was hesitant, because I think there is some alcohol in it, and thought it would sting, but worked great. skin was back to normal in two days, and no flaking or peeling. One thing I did note is I seemed to be detoxing like crazy after the sunburn, I am not sure what happened but...felt better afterward.
