I'm glad veggie dishes are becoming more popular since I eat them often. One pet peeve is that whenever a restaurant has vegetarian entrees, they are tofu entrees.

Tofu.... YUCK! Gross texture, no taste, not natural... why not base the dish on vegetables or a vegetable, like a nice curry veggie dish over brown rice? Mmm... now that I love. I really hope that if restaurants are doing this, they aren't all tofu dishes. I love a good veggie stir fry, veggie avocado sandwich or veggie burger.
