Hi Uny,
Was looking for extended directions on the flush besides what you put on the bag, as it says, "See Printout for further directions" me thinks. Also I have alot of Bentonite clay that I would like to use before I head overseas, was wondering on the clay bath, know how much for a standard bath, like dump 1 lbs or 2lbs straight into the tub and soak? Know any other recipes for using Bclay internally? I dont have any Psyllium and I dont feel like getting any since Im due to leave shortly for PBshakes. Think I can just mix some up in water? Thanks -CSteel
