Try Charcoal! I have used this so many times (food poisoning, gas - which you likely have building if you are super bloated and have excrutiatingly painful cramps) and it works amazingly. Seriously, go find this asap.

My other solution is potassium iodide. I fill an empty gelatin capsule and it knocks it out fairly quickly.

I got a whopping case of food poisoning a few months ago in Hong Kong. The hotel Dr. came and recommended intravenous Cipro since my blood test indicated a severe bacterial infection. I willingly took the Cipro and then came home (to Europe) to immediately do a Humaworm, Liver Flush and basically a 'rebuilding' of things (probiotics, bowel detox, etc etc).
