I have been following this thread now, and it seems we are losing our focus here. I think Hveragerthi presents a diffrent perspective, and should be allowed to freely post his information without being harrassed. Folks, let's not allow our ego's to interfere with the truth. Remain humble and try to understand each other's perspective for we are all learning to improve our lives. I have been posting on CZ for quite sometime now and feel that allot of the information that is being presented is controversial, but that does not mean I completely shut it out. I try different protocols and see for myself if it worked or not. Actually, Hveragerthi had made some suggestions for my high blood pressure and you know what I checked my pressure the other day, and I was amazed by the reading. My pressure was 129 over 79. I have never in my life had those types of readings. My pressure at one point was 200 over 94 and I was really concerned that I might have a stroke. However, I took his info and applied it. So far it's working for me. Now I am advising my Mom on the same and hopefully she can receive the same results...
