Well first to combine a meal that has improper food combinations such as meat, salad and a starch promotes bad digestion and over time that person would not be healthy.

I agree with you if a person ate free range meat occasionally once a week he would be healthier than someone killing theirself with that McDonalds's crap. Where I draw the line is how much meat is ok. I believe like most that a small fistful of red meat that is cleaned of 90 percent of the fat would be ok not optimum if done occasionally. The better synopsis would be of course some free range turkey or chicken of some wild salmon. Limit of red meat once a month or once every two weeks would indeed tend to be a better health choice.

Food combining is the downfall to most like having a one pound steak with french fries and salad. The advertising of steak fries is the same as torturing your soul. A protein and starch is improper food combining.

I would not feed a dog, pork as it is the most unhealthy food on the planet. Yes, guys I remember it is delicious. But assume you knew it would lead to an early grave is it worth it.

Now Tony I do know that since I gave up meat, I am much healthier. As soon as I have some meat in my diet, I suffer for it. I try and have an occasional piece of turkey. It use to be every ten days and now more like once a month. They say a true raw foodist is someone who is 70 percent raw and I am 90 percent raw so I can tell you that switching to a raw diet coupled with intermitten fasting, exercise, sun everyday, and riding myself of toxic people, is the optimum way to compare.

There is no way to compare a woman who does not eat meat but puts tons of junk in her system with no fasting at all to a meat eater who eats a salad and prior to the meal has a small piece of fruit. Gets tons of exercise and is outgoing, married and happy. Happiness is a big weight in this scenario. I would much prefer to be the person in the second category opposed to a non meat eater who abuses their whole body.

Adding the right food herbs such as olive leaf, oregano, grape seed and black seed and flax are necessary for a full rounded diet.

The final aspect of a perfect diet is faith and belief in God. In the end no one lives or dies without his permission.
