Let's change that to ALA allows higher copper absorbtion.
The build up is most likely already occuring due to Heavy Metals and the inablity to quickly remove the old copper.

Depends on your ALA dose and body. Taking 12.5mg of zinc with each dose of ALA seemed to help, adding Moly to this in 500mcg worked better.

You may also consider taking Cloves since the manganese in them helps to detox copper from Liver and of course doses of Ascorbic Acid either with your chelation or throughout the day.

NOTE: Began adding Taurine to help cell detox of copper and help with Bile creation (main copper removal method) and that seems to work but a little early to tell.
