If it was me - I would do a 5 day bowel detox before starting on the Humaworm. It will likely pull out all the stuff that is causing your diarrhea or help it a lot. Since you are going way too much - you can start with the intestinal formula #2 (5 times a day) and if you start to not have BM's add in intestinal formula #1 at night. Grape seed extract would be good too if you can find it locally.

The best commercial thing to try remotely is pepto-bismal (or the same ingredients Bismuth subsalicylate 262 mg ) - lots of it like 5-6 times a day - it really does help attach to bad things and pull them out of you.
