Hello Dr Mom, I am 20 weeks pregnant and sometimes look 30 weeks! The difference between how I look in the morning and at the end of the day is vast. By the end of the day my stomach is so distended and bloated and the gas feels very uncomfortable. I am very constipated so I know that is why I am so gassy. I have not been very careful with my diet since I got pregnant, but am going to start being much more careful now because I am so uncomfortable all the time. I have been doing enemas an colonics to relieve the gas and constipation. I take wheatgerm oil every day and 2 or 4 LBB. I am so hungry all the time and find it hard to know what to eat, especially for breakfast when I am starving. What can I do when the gas is really bad? Any advice? Thanks.
