Hi there,

Best advice there is, is to read, read, read up on all you can get your hands on. There are a lot of different Iodine supps used on this board with alot of testimonies about the particular brand being used.

I use Iosol.

It is $14.40 per one ounce. But... it also is not as strong per drop as say Lugols. So takes alot more drops to get at any appreciable dosage. I have been using it since November of 2008. It is great for smaller doses. One drop isn't even 2mg.

I will switch to Lugols when my supply runs out which is coming up. This way I can use less drops to accomplish higher doses.
