Nobody can know for sure what your blobs are, but we can have a guess. It is highly likely that those blobs are solidified bile, affected by digestion process.
Color of bile changes from green to tan inside intestines, affected by digestion and good bacteria inside colon.
Our feces changes color from green (chime inside duodenum) to tan color and brown color (inside colon).
What happens is:
bile, possibly carrying gallbladder sludge and smaller stones, exits biliary tree and ends up inside duodenum.
There, in contact with digestive juices, it may or may not precipitate into cholesterol, and may or may not create those "cholesterol blobs" that most people get out during the Liver Flush .
Those blobs may contain smaller Gallstones and gallbladder sludge embedded. That is most likely what come out of you.
Inside intestines, several of those "blobs" may be compacted into a larger "stones", sometimes as large as 5 cm across. But, those larger "blobs" also called "stones" have not existed inside your gallbladder in that size or shape. Those "stones" received the final modeling inside your intestines, just like feces gets it final shape and size inside intestines.
So, what are these blobs??
Cholesterol, precipitated from bile. Bile is composed of cholesterol acids.
cholesterol = chole + sterol
Greek
chole = bile
stereos = solid
cholesterol = solid bile
