I know people who attended Harvard and they say they don't give financial aid to foreign students.
What do you mean they accept birth certificates from foreign countries ? Don't those countries have the birth certificates? Why would a state have birth certificates from other countries? Isnt it irrelevant considering that births are public records just as my college degrees and bar membership are public records and therefore you dont need to see the original documents.
