It is so effective, you may not need to take anything else. But it depends on your body.
I took it for one day, and then stopped. Today I could feel an overflow, I could feel what feels like an infection in my ear...like they were all figthing back in protest. I took a small amount again, and away they went.

It is amazing amazing stuff.

And I have not even taken 1 full drop a day yet. I am so afraid of the taste and smell!
I am going to try the peppermint though...I will use gum!
