well unfortunately i can't add any supplements to my water. i just keep reading all these people that say they have sooo much energy on their Water Fasts and i'm just like huh? whats wrong with me? so why is this fast different for you than your first one? how long are you doing this fast for? and i do not think the nausea goes away. the farther into my fast i get the worse it gets.
