well actually I thought I hadn't got many but about 15 mins after I replied to your post I went again and passed about 50 more! mostly small but one huge one, about 2cm across and 1cm wide. I just love the feeling of relief that goes with this.. relief that you know how to fix your problems and relief that you're getting rid of them. so i'm somewhat happier now, as I knew they were in there and didn't want to have to wait for the next one to get them out. I agree re clean colon haven't dealt with the enema section yet, but am slowly but surely getting there :)
