Hi Bento....yes...ALL from my first flush! Its hard to imagine there were room for all of them inside my liver or gallbladder. The first one out was HUGE!..the one at 5cm. I got quite the shock.

I had a few smaller ones the second day after the flush following the enemas, salts but only 1 medium sized one and about 15 very small ones...shaped like rocks although soft inside as well...dark green like the one shown in my pics.

I was very tired yesterday again, and that was the third day, but I suppose its normal given what came out! I slept well last night so we will see what today brings. Its quite a learning experience.

Good luck with your next flush. Let me know how it goes. I think its very important to have a clean colon, and I also think mixing in some lemon juice with the grapefruit helps a lot as lemon juice is better at opening the bile ducts.
