For me, the real boost comes in adding Sole to my first morning's water. My first Water Fast (21 days,) I was quite fatigued. This one, less so, but it seems much deeper and more complex in other ways.


But on related note about long term fasting. I am on day 25 I think it is--does the nausea ever end?
