Thanks for your response. Jade from Humaworm also told me the amount of Senna they add to the product is small and won't damage the colon - which is what I was concerned about. I'm prone to constipation, so I guess I should leave it in.

Now, I'm just concerned with how I'm going to live my life while on Humaworm. I go to work and school at night. I'm just imagining disruptions in both venues as I run to the bathroom every half hour or while I experience bad die-off symptoms.

What have other people's experiences been like who work and/or are in school while taking Humaworm? Has it been a major disruption?
