Cutest little pony, some of the ponies I know get fat just looking at clover or spring grass. Iodine in water is great for abcesses in the hoof, just soak in Iodine abcess is gone the next day. Also great for hoof fungus or thrush, works very well with cows too.

Hope you feel better soon, being a farrier is really hard work.
