You definitely won't tolerate a cup of oil. That's way too much

You want to be as SIMPLE as possible.

You have to have a laxative. I don't know how this might work. If you really are insistent on avoiding Epsom Salts , which is a BIG mistake, then buy some smoothe move (it even comes in chocolate. -Drink a cup at 8, drink a cup at 10. Midnight - Drink a mix of 4oz of ANY OIL, with 4 oz OJ, grapefruit, lemons, limes ... any citrus at all. Lie on your back, lie on your side, go to bed and forget about it.

I've never done this, haven't read where anyone else has done this. But EVERYTHING thats been done, you keep looking for something else.

Fish or cut bait. Just DO SOMETHING or decide to do nothing and stop posting. The information, history and wealth of experiences is out there.
